AAC (AAC Conductor,All Aluminum Conductor) manufactured by JYTOP meets or exceeds the requirements of all international standards like ASTM, AS, BS, CSA, DIN, IEC, NFC, SS -etc

  Application:

  AAC conductor widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels. since they have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity and are also suitable for laying across rivers and valleys where special geographical teatures exist.

  The conductors are suitable for use in spans on wood poles, transmission towers and other structures where tensile strength and temperature ratings are not required. Application range from extra high voltage(EHV) transmission lines to sub-service spans at distribution or utilization voltages on private premises.

  AAC(All aluminum conductor) is the most economical bare overhead conductor due to its lighter weight. It offers easier handing during installation and use of simpler fittings. The conductor is corrosion resistant due to its homogeneous construction.

  Detail Description or Construction Conductor

  This bare concentric-lay stranded conductor is constructed with a straight round central wire surrounded with one or more layers of helically laid wires. These conductors are also manufactured as compact conductors if required.

  Standrad Packaging

  As provided by standards and the Aluminum Association.

  Installation

  AAC conductors can be installed in air. It is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the Local Electric Code, or any equivalent, be followed, so that the safeguarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by deficiencies in the installation.
